Revit families are components used to build a model. We provide customized Revit family creation services to product designers, manufacturers as well as structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for Revit 3D model/3D BIM modeling. BIM family provides detailed information about the geometry, material and data of the particular component which might contain specifications, dimensions and tags of model components, etc.

ADVANCE STEEL MODEL
[CONSTRUCTION MODEL]
Autodesk Advance Steel is used by steel detailers to produce 3D CAD models of structural steel, staircases, balustrading and platforms. All these steel works require drawing for production e.g. Fabrication Drawings. Further, Advance Steel is a Building Information Modelling system that integrates directly with other BIM systems such as Revit.

QUANTITY TAKE-OFFS
Automatic generation of Quantity take-offs eliminates tedious manual work, reducing the possibility of errors. It becomes easier for estimators to submit competitive bids for the project. 5D BIM modeling connects a 3D object, its parts and the entire assembly model to the external third party cost estimating software. Whenever a change in the design geometry or quantity is changed, the changes are automatically reflected in the cots.
